Home COVID-19

Everyone at the Advanced Care Provider Network shares in your concerns surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19). Our top priority continues to be making sure our customers and employees stay safe and healthy throughout this pandemic. To accomplish this priority, we will be making some short-term changes that will impact the way we serve our customers.

Please read the Advanced Care COVID-19 Preparedness & Response Plan for full information!

What We Are Doing

We are regularly monitoring information provided by the Centers for Disease Control, Johns Hopkins, the World Health Organization and state and local authorities to ensure we are tailoring our business practices to keep our customers’ and employees’ best interests at heart. While our goal is to minimize any disruption to regular business, we are enacting the following changes:

  • All pharmacy sites are OPEN at this time, but may have limited services depending on our current capabilities. Customers are HIGHLY encouraged to utilize our curbside pick-up or free home delivery services. A face covering is REQUIRED if you are entering a pharmacy lobby area.

  • Our home medical equipment sites (Brown’s Advanced Care Medical Supplies and Schmidt & Sons Pharmacy of Tecumseh are still open, but are HIGHLY encouraging patients to utilize our curbside pick-up or free home delivery services. Our team will ask you a series of screening questions to verify you are healthy before you come into the store or before one of our team members enters your home for an equipment setup.

We are aware that these changes may be an inconvenience, but we are taking these steps out of an abundance of caution to limit potential exposure to our customers and employees.
